3. Does Xerocomm serve residential or business companies?
We serve both!

4. Which is the best way to make a service request?
The best and fastest way is to fill out and submit the online Service Request Form. We will receive your request, review it, and get back to you. Service requests received before 4:00 p.m., will get a response before the end of that same day. However, service requests received after 4:00pm or on the weekend, will be responded to on the next business day. In the case of an emergency, and you need after hour or weekend emergency service, please call us directly.

5. Which primary areas does Xerocomm serve?
We primarily serve the following counties:
Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Solano, and Sonoma.

6. Will Xerocomm serve other counties outside of the primary areas?
Yes, we will. Please inquire for outside service rates.

8. Is Xerocomm available after business hours and on the weekends?
Yes, we are available Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., and weekends for emergency services at the after-hours labor rates.

9. Can some problems be fixed without needing to dispatch a technician to my location?
Depending on the type of help you need, there are a couple of different ways we may be able to help you:
  1. Over the phone (we will walk you through the steps)
  2. By email
  3. By remote access management (if this feature is set-up)

10. How can I find out the status of my service request?
Email us anytime or call during business hours.

11. How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

12. How do I make changes to a service request I already submitted?
Email us with the changes (addition, deletions, more details, or special requests), and we will review it.

13. Does Xerocomm offer a warranty on services provided?
Yes, we do! Generally, our warranties are about 90 days from the time of service. However, Xerocomm is not liable for any damage resulting from normal operation of repaired equipment or from any breach (expressed or implied) in the warranty. In addition, warranties will vary depending on the manufacturer's warranty.

14. Does Xerocomm offer free estimates for services and labor pricing?
Yes. We have some of our pricing for services and products listed on the 'Products Page' and 'Services Page'. If you have questions regarding a service without the pricing listed, submit an inquiry and we will respond to you.
